He is responsible for the development of new HVAC technologies from research to installation, as well as the engineering of energy-efficiency and indoor-environmental-quality projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

Financial Management of ClimaTek HVAC. Responsible for finance, marketing resources and coordinating operations. Experience with companies providing HVAC and mechanical engineering services for a variety of clients.
Richard Combes, COO – PE, PhD
Dr. Combes has more than 48 years experience conducting and managing energy and environmental projects, including 27 years with the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). Dr. Combes managed energy conservation extension and research programs for Georgia industries, including textiles, food processing, pulp and paper, and small manufacturing firms.
Chris Cook, CMO – PE, CEM
Mr. Cook has 30 years experience in planning, developing, and implementing energy efficiency projects. He specializes in Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC), and private capital agreements, which allow clients to finance energy improvements with the energy savings generated.
John Adams, CIO – PE, MBA, LEED AP+
Managing Georgia Tech’s Energy and Sustainable Services Center (ESS) for 15 years, John was responsible for $1-2 million per year in sustainability and energy engineering services. During this period, his group developed/beta tested the American National Standards Institute™ Management System for Energy 2000/2006 (MSE) Standard.
